I am a father who had just received a Restraining Order from my soon-to-be ex-wife (after she drained all of our accounts).   I went to a friend's house and he had a friend come over who had gone through the same thing.   He told me how attorney Joe Field helped him to obtain more visitation with his children during the divorce and eventually helped him win full custody.

I went to see Joe the next day and had a lengthy conversation with him.  My comfort level increased in Joe as I read a saying in his office: “there is nothing like a father's love for his children.”  I laid all my cards on the table, so there was nothing Joseph would be surprised about, when it came to court.

Right from the Restraining Order hearing date (which Joe got dismissed, by the way), I received more time with my children.   Joe helped me by explaining what I was up against  and what my options were if I was willing to proceed.

It was a process.  It took a little over two years.   But Joe helped me win full custody of my two children after going through a trial.  This was despite a Custody Evaluator recommending that my ex-wife should get sole physical custody.
